The report provides learning path recommendations based on a user’s current skill set, using the skills defined within each learning path.
Once a learning path is completed and the user’s skills are updated, the report suggests new learning paths according to the improved skill levels.
Filters
- Organizations – filters by organizations or sub-organizations. It will show data for the selected organization and sub-organizations below it.
- User – filters by specific users.
- User group – filters by user groups.
- User account status – filters by active or deactivated users. Removed users are not included.
- Job title - filter by users' job titles.
- Skill – filter by specific skill.
- Current skill level – filter by skill level to show only the users with the selected skill levels.
- Learning path - filter by specific learning paths.
- Custom audience – filters users by their custom audiences.
Table columns
- User ID - the user ID.
- Name - the user’s full name.
- E-mail - the user’s email.
- Job title - the user’s job title taken from their user profile.
- Audience - lists the custom audiences the user is a part of.
- Skill – the title of the skill described in the current row.
- Current level – the user’s current level in the skill.
- Required skill level - the skill level requirement for the user's audience in that skill.
- Goal level - the skill level the user has in their skills as a personal goal.
- LP ID - the ID of the learning path.
- Learning path - the name of the learning path.
- LP required level - the skill level set as Required in the learning path's settings, if available.
- LP recommended level - the skill level set as Recommendation in the learning path's settings, if available.
- LP target level - the level to which the user's skill will be improved upon completion, as defined in the learning path's settings in the Gained skill levels section.
- LP requirement - lists all skills and their levels set as Required in the learning path's settings.
- LP improvement - lists all skills that will be improved upon learning path completion and levels that will be reached.
